• Monetization & Paywall: We use Superwall to manage in-app purchases and promotional offers. For more details, please refer to Superwall’s Privacy Policy.
• Payments: In-app purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

We recommend reviewing these third parties’ privacy policies to understand how they handle your data. None of these services share your data with other third parties except as required by law or to operate their services.

7. Advertising & Attribution

When you visit ViralNow from an advertisement (for example, a Meta or Instagram ad), we temporarily create a unique ad session identifier to help us understand which campaign led to your visit or signup. This identifier is stored securely for up to 6 hours and linked to limited technical data such as:

• Your browser and device information (e.g. user agent)
• Your IP address
• Advertising identifiers such as fbp and fbc
• The timestamp and source of your visit

If you later sign up for ViralNow, we may associate this temporary identifier with your account or subscription record to measure ad performance. We may also share limited, hashed data (such as your email or ad identifiers) with Meta Platforms, Inc. through their Conversions API for the purpose of measuring conversions and optimizing our advertising campaigns.

This data is never used for profiling or behavioral tracking outside of ViralNow, and it is deleted automatically after 6 hours or once it has been attributed to a conversion event. We process this data based on legitimate interest (to understand and improve our marketing performance) or user consent, depending on your region.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

• User data is retained as long as your account is active.
• If you delete your account, all associated personal data will be removed within 14 days.
• Usage logs and analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days for security and operational purposes, after which they are anonymized or deleted.

9. User Permissions & Consent

ViralNow requires the following permissions to function:

• Email: Collected during account creation for authentication and communication purposes
• Camera/Photo Library: If your device supports it, we may request access to store user-generated content within the app

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s settings. Please note that revoking certain permissions may limit the functionality of the app.

10. Data Rights & Privacy Regulations

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data:

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

ViralNow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
